The assistant finds the right product and answers with price and link. For orders it confirms the phone or e-mail, then shares the shipping status.

Good to know
Is order data safe?
Order details are only shared when the phone or e-mail on the order matches the person asking. Keys are stored encrypted; read-only access is enough.
How fresh is the stock?
The catalog syncs hourly. When a customer asks about a specific product, the assistant checks stock live in the store where possible.
My platform isn't listed. What now?
If your site publishes a Google Merchant XML or CSV product feed, just enter its address. Otherwise, write to us and we will add it.
Are automatic marketplace answers risky?
By default the AI only prepares drafts for you to approve. Automatic sending is opt-in; the AI leaves questions it is unsure about to you and never adds links or phone numbers.
Which plans include it?
All plans: 2 connections on Starter, 10 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise. Automatic marketplace answers are on Pro and above.
