Blinkerbot is an AI assistant that answers small and mid-sized businesses' customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, web chat and the phone. While the owner is away from the counter it answers from the business's own documents, books appointments and hands over anything it does not know.
Why we built it
In a small business the person answering messages is usually the owner. Messages that arrive during a busy day wait until the evening, and evening messages wait until morning. Blinkerbot was built to close that gap, so the owner can focus on the work and on life while customers still get an answer.
What we do
Blinkerbot brings every channel into one inbox. The AI answers only from the price lists, menus and rules the business uploads; it never makes up what is not in them and hands the conversation over with a summary instead. It writes appointments and reservations into the calendar and picks up phone calls with a voice assistant.
How we work
Blinkerbot connects to messaging channels through the providers' official business interfaces. It never sends bulk messages on a business's behalf; it only replies to customers who wrote to the business. The business can take over any conversation and pause the AI at any time.
